Went here on my last full day in Vegas and I am glad we decided to go. We ate everything we ordered. We loved the fries with aioli. The tempura was pretty good and so were the stuffed peppers. Mocktails were enjoyable and we even devoured the bread pudding for dessert.
I visited Firefly Restaurant with my family on a Saturday morning at 10 a.m., and we had an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the customer service was absolutely amazing. I’m very particular about great service, and everything was truly impeccable. Our waiter, Roger, was exceptionally professional and made sure my family and I felt completely comfortable. The ambiance was beautiful and added to the overall experience. The food was so delicious that I was too busy enjoying it to even take a picture! My family loved their meals as well. Firefly has definitely earned a loyal customer—I’ll absolutely be returning!
Had a wonderful dinner here with my hubby. Food was delicious. Staff was wonderful. A little ways away from the strip but worth the drive.
Must try: Stuffed Dates Firefly is a must try In Vegas for small Spanish bites and drinks. If you are unfamiliar with tapas, think of various types of appetizers which are great for sharing and even drinking. If you’re coming here with a local or heard about this place, there may be a high odds of you hearing about their stuffed dates. This is definitely something I suggest also as it is something that is pretty unique that I never come across at other restaurants. There is a great variety of different types of tapas. They separate the menu to hot/chilled tapas, seafood and meat. Other than the dates, the empanada and the scallop escargot is really good too. We sat at the bar so the service is pretty fast. We ordered our drinks and food through the bartender so it was pretty easy. We came here within the last 1-2 hours of them closing so it wasn’t as busy and it was pretty chill. There wasn’t that many people so it wasn’t too crazy. The only thing is that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant area as they closed it off to only the bar area which isn’t bad. Overall this is a must try if visiting Vegas and want try a few small Spanish bites.
Went a little earlier in the evening for vegas standards 5-6pm but the service was great as was the food. We started with the artichoke crab cakes and brussel sprouts. Then switched to the mac-n-cheese, filet and scallops for round 2. Portions were appropriately sized for tapas were plenty for the two of us.
This is great place for small bites. We sat in the bar/lounge area, which was lovely. Very stylish and relaxing atmosphere. The service was fabulous...between the bartender (who also waited tables) and the bus boy, I don't think they could have done any better. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. We came at happy hour and had several plates...everything was delicious! Cocktails were great and the wine was perfect. I recommend happy hour if you can make it but even outside of that, prices are decent. Highly recommend...we will absolutely be coming back!
We had friends in town and thought it was a perfect time to give firefly a try. When we arrived there was plenty of parking available, it wasn't super busy but probably due to F1 being in town, also it was early in the evening as well. We were greeted right away and sat immediately. The atmosphere was cool with dimmed lights and neon signs. Our server was at the table right away and got us started, once our drinks came we were ready to order It was easy , because it's small plates or tapas we just ordered a bunch of stuff to share. Everything came out in a timely manner and all the food was good. The food was cooked well and the sauces on top of the pappas great. The Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesey as well. Overall it was good experience and we would definitely go back.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding value and execution - exactly what you want from a tapas experience. Located about a mile and a half from MGM just off the strip, Firefly delivers exceptional food at prices that make other Vegas restaurants look ridiculous. We ordered significantly more food here than at comparable spots and paid less than half what we'd spend elsewhere on the strip. The paella was excellent - proper technique with good seafood and perfectly cooked rice. Bacon-wrapped dates are a must-order; they nail the sweet and savory balance. Filet mignon was cooked properly and well-seasoned, while the scallops were perfectly seared with great flavor. Shrimp preparation was solid throughout. Cocktails were well-crafted with generous pours, and portion sizes across the board are substantial. The family-style sharing format works perfectly here, making it ideal for groups who want to try multiple dishes. Service complemented the food quality, and the atmosphere strikes the right balance between casual and polished. This is the kind of place that reminds you that great dining in Vegas doesn't have to break the bank or require staying on the strip. Will definitely return on future trips. Firefly proves you can have both quality and value if you're willing to venture slightly off the beaten path.
